1. Our Services

MTRX provides identity engineering, digital twin design, and algorithmic growth marketing services — including but not limited to the Helix Identity Engine deliverables and ViSE Telemetry services described on this site. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in a separate services agreement issued after your Identity & Telemetry Audit.

2. Identity Audit & Lead Capture

Submitting the form on this site (Section 7, "Claim Your Audit") is a request for a complimentary consultation, not a binding order. MTRX reviews every request manually and will contact you using the details you provide.

3. Engagement Packages

Sovereign Brand, Helix Genesis, and Campus Helix packages listed on this site are starting price points, not final quotes. Final scope, deliverables, and investment are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

4. Performance & Telemetry Claims

Case study results (ROAS, CAC reduction, follower growth, and similar figures) reflect outcomes for specific past clients under specific conditions. They are not a guarantee of any particular outcome for a new engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

Brand sigils, digital twin assets, and creative deliverables produced for a client become that client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in the services agreement. MTRX retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Account Termination

MTRX may suspend or decline services in cases of misuse of this site, fraudulent submissions, or breach of an active services agreement.
